Hello, awesome people who follow my Tumblr for whatever reason!
I hope you’re all enjoying a wonderful holiday break.
If you have the time, check out this new Tumblr that AFTK! and I started to document our great city’s very own camera styles. We were inspired by Tokyo Camera Style & all the other camera style blogs based in cities all around the world.
So if you happen to be running loose around Houston with an awesome camera, we’d like to say hi & take a photograph of you & your cool toy to feature on our blog. AFTK! and I generally have a sweet spot for film analog cameras, but we’d love to come across any active shooting photographer on the streets!
Part of what we hope this blog will do is garner some support & a bit more appreciation for what seems to be the lost art of shooting film & to prove that film is NOT dead.
Overall, we hope that this blog will just encourage people to just generally shoot more every chance they can get & to live by the golden rule:
Never leave home without at least one camera.
You never know when you’ll come across something that needs to have its photograph taken!
